Privacy policy
Who we are.
Intelligent Autonomous Machines S.R.L. ("I.A.M."), registered office at Viamonte 776, 3rd floor, office 5, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Contact: hola@weareiam.ai.
What we collect.
When you fill in the contact form: name, company, work email, phone if you give it, and what you write. When you browse: anonymous usage measurements (pages visited, device type, country), without cookies that identify you. When an AI agent reads /agents.json or /llms.txt: the request, the time and a technical identifier of the caller, for security and fair use.
What we use it for.
To answer you and set up the call you asked for. To understand which parts of the site are read. To keep the machine door working and safe. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it.
The providers that host the site and our email, under their own privacy terms, and nobody else unless the law requires it.
The KAIA application.
KAIA is I.A.M.'s platform for a company to manage its team, its customers and its AI agents. It runs at kaia.weareiam.ai and over messaging channels (Telegram and WhatsApp). This section applies to the companies that subscribe to it and to the people who use it.
What data it handles. What the company loads or connects: its team, its customers and contacts, its documents, its conversations with KAIA and, if the company chooses, the systems it integrates (for example its CRM or workspace). Each company sees only its own data.
Google data.
If a person connects their Google account, KAIA requests separate permissions and uses each one for a single purpose:
- Calendar: read events to remind about meetings and prepare them, and create events when the person asks.
- Mail (Gmail): read messages to answer the person's questions about their mail and, only when the person confirms, send or archive a message.
- Drive: read the folders the company selects as its knowledge base, and save files KAIA produces to a folder chosen by the company.
- Profile: the email address, to identify the person on sign-in.
Limited use.
KAIA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: that data is used only to provide the features the person requested; it is not sold; it is not used for advertising; and no human at I.A.M. reads it, except with the person's consent to resolve a support issue or where required by law. Google data is not used to train general-purpose AI models.
AI models.
To respond, KAIA sends language-model providers ([Anthropic, OpenAI and Google]) the text needed for each request, under agreements that prohibit using that data to train their models.
Where it is stored and for how long.
On servers at [Railway, in the United States], encrypted in transit and at rest. Google access tokens are stored encrypted. Data is kept while the company's subscription is active and for up to 30 days afterwards; before that, the company's administrator can request deletion by writing to hola@weareiam.ai.
Disconnecting Google.
Each person can disconnect their account from My account › Integrations › Google. KAIA then deletes the access tokens. Access can also be revoked from the Google permissions page.
Messaging.
WhatsApp conversations go through Meta and are subject to its terms. Telegram conversations, through Telegram.
How long.
Contact requests: as long as the conversation is open, and up to 24 months afterwards. Usage measurements: in aggregate, without identification.
Your rights.
Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act (Law 25.326) you can access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hola@weareiam.ai. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the authority in charge of complaints about personal data.
Changes.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
